Responsible for store sales invoice request
Checking and Validation of OIC and FL filed overtime
Responsible in consolidating and making sure submission of store KPIs
Point person for all day to day store escalation
To identify OIC or/and FL needs to be coached by OPS supervisor
Making sure that delivery and work permit are available once needed
Making sure that stores were deposit on a given and allowable time
And other operation assistance may assign to him/her
