Responsible for soliciting microloan borrowers and processing of its loan applications- In charge of building its loan portfolio based on target Outstanding Balance (OB), Average Daily Balance (ADB), and number of borrowers
Minimize non-performing bans through regular engagement with borrowers to remind / update them on available channel channels and/or verify loan payments o.
- Provide reliable customer service through efficient handling / escalation / resolution of client concerns regarding loan application, approval, disbursement and payments in an ethical and professional manner.
Gather feedback from clients, program counterparts, and the territory on how to further improve products and services- At all times, shall take into account Bank's rules and policies as well as applicable laws and regulations issued by the regulatory bodies in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities.
With Driver's license and able to drive a motorcycle- Excellent interpersonal relationships
