- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:- Attend inquiries, offer advice and solutions, and introduce products to clients.
Get customer information and follow up on customer inquiries to close sales.- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and reliable services.
CAF GENERATION:- Conduct customer interviews to fill out application forms, ensure completion of Credit Application Forms with necessary information, and conduct table CI.
- SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:
Present and sell company products and services to potential and current clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and quotas on a monthly.
MARKETING ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION:
- Propose and conduct monthly marketing activity programs to generate sales volume and achieve targets.
Identify product improvements by monitoring industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
PRODUCT DISPLAY:- Maintain showroom and display areas, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness, and stay informed about available inventory and product features.
