The position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a sales team in the promotion and selling of products to meet sales targets resulting to business profitability and organizational growth for the business. The role is expected to assist the Sales Manager in developing strategies for selling products and designing tactics through which revenue will be maximized.- Recommends and implements various sales strategies to reach the widest possible client base and ensures a better relationship between the organization and the clients.
Implements and monitors a cohesive sales strategy that drives business revenues and increases sales volume.
- Monitors the adherence to the departmental approved budget.
Ensures organizational policies are implemented ensuring the interests and welfare of employees as individuals are preserved and protected.- Professional: 3 -5 years experience in sales gained from pharmaceutical, trading, and distribution company industry.
Degree graduate of any medically related course (i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, etc.) or any 4 year Marketing or Business Related Course.
