The Sales Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication to sales team, ensuring efficient operations, and helping to achieve sales goals. The role involves a combination of administrative duties and customer interaction to support the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Maintain and update records in sales and other reports needed.
Prepare and distribute sales documents, form and request to designated department- Manage the sales department's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Process purchase orders and monitor delivery status
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications with the Technical sales, disers or clients, if needed.
Assist tech sales, disers with inquiries, providing information about products and services
- Data Management
- Input and maintain accurate date in the Koops system
Generate attendance reports and analyze the input data in Koops system by the Technical sales
- Track the purchase orders and verify all pending status
- Communication
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication
Relay important information or memo to the sales team and vice versa- Handle and resolve any administrative issues arise within the sales office
- Office Management
- Ensure the sales office is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Handle general office tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist with the organization of sales events, meetings, and conferences
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
