Job description:- Achieve the prescribed sales targets.
Recruit Brokers/Broker network and search for new Brokers for recruitment.- Schedule regular meetings with Brokers.
Pre-qualify Broker listings for recruitment.
- Prepare and collate the Broker Accreditation forms.
Builds strong relationships with the Brokers.- Assist in the presentation and closing of sales if required.
Accept, review, and validate reservation documents for booking of sales if required.
- Scan and email reservation to the Documentation Department for approval if required.
Forward hard copies of the reservation documents to the Documentation Department if required.- Assess Brokers in client trippings, site orientation, showroom walkthrough, and online project discussion if required.
Regularly interacts with Brokers by attending sales events, open houses, Product Knowledge Seminars, and Brokers activities to open up potential opportunities for sales.
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Real Estate Management or any related field.
With at least
three (3) years of related working experience being a Sales Network Officer
handling condominiums.
- Can work with Monthly Sales Quota.
Excellent communication skills and a team player.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to start as soon as possible.
