Role Overview: As the Sales and Marketing Manager in the Philippines, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the region.
• Identifying market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to inform business strategies.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver results.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and synergy in business operations.

Requirements:

• College graduate
• With at least 5 years experience in the same industry
• Have in depth industry knowledge and connections
• Strong leadership abilities and capability to strategically manage accounts and ,clients
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Analytical skills is required
• Must be tech-savvy, adaptable, creative and innovative

Overall, he/she must possess a combination of leadership abilities, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive sales and marketing efforts and achieve business objectives in the Philippines and all over Asia Pacific region.
