DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Contribute to the development of marketing strategies
-Conduct market research on customers and competitors
-Design and implement marketing plans for the hotel
-Coordinate with media representatives, sponsors, and influencers
-Create digital marketing contents on promos and communications
-Develop targeted sales strategies
-Handle client queries, contracts and reservations
-Maintain client relations
-Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
-Prepare and present sales performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of Marketing, Business, or any related field
-Experience in sales and marketing from hotel industry
-Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and project management skills
-High-level communication (verbal and written) and networking skills
-A passion for sales and writing
-Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
