RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct market research to understand consumer demand, product trends, and industry developments.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, and interior designers.
Manage social media platforms, online marketing campaigns, e-commerce strategies and influencer management.
Collaborate with the creative team in planning web, UX/UI, SEO/SEM and to design promotional materials, advertisements, and content for online and offline channels.
Oversee the launch of new product lines and collections, working closely with the procurement and product selection teams.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and establish potential business relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or home furnishings industry.
Proven experience in executing successful sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong attention to detail.
