Job Description

KMACE TOWING SERVICES is seeking a vibrant and result-driven leader to join our team!

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator ensures that the daily operations of KMACE TOWING SERVICES are performed seamlessly and efficiently. They serve as the face of the towing service and provide the necessary information for customer inquiries. They schedule towing appointments, answer phones, and give administrative support to the team. Their main role is receiving calls & negotiating prices, dispatching drivers, and coordinating towing trips. They are in charge of the daily budget and schedule per truck/driver.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and towing staff members
Ensure towing needs are smooth and convenient for customers
  • Collect and process payments from customers
Manage daily inquiries with customers and sell towing services; negotiate and close deals on the spot
  • Maintain good customer relationships and constantly communicate with clients/customers; complaints, concerns, towing updates, etc
Handle inbound sales calls and proper filing of information (i.e., inventory, pricelist, etc.)
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes: dispatching drivers, coordinating towing trips, collecting payment, troubleshooting, etc
Manage and update towing schedules and other administrative duties
  • Regularly conduct outbound outreach and actively search for sales via facebook posts, google, calling, and the like.

  • Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino language skills
Knowledge of the car retail market, sales processes, and systems is a plus
  • Customer service oriented
A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Results-driven and proactive, someone who is a self-starting team player.
Knowledge of Gsuite and Microsoft Office

  • Job Type: Full-time (weekends, night/mornings shifts)
Must be willing to report to the office in Kapitolyo, Pasig
  • Salary: Php18,
  • 00 - Php 28,000.00 per month (Along with commission/bonus for exceeding targets)
