Job Summary:
- The marketing and sales requirements of the company such as, meeting set sales targets, assisting brokers and prospect occupants in closing contract of lease, facilitating viewing units and preparing necessary documents for move-in by lessees.
Customer service-gathering feedback from customers and ensuring that the needs and requirements of lessees concerning their leases are satisfied.- Closely coordinating with Renovation and Maintenance for move-in/out
