JOB OBJECTIVES:The Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining an effective sales team to identify opportunities, develop and maintain positive customer relationships, and promote/sell main product brands to achieve company and product brand targets.
- Bachelors Degree of any Business Course, Architecture, Engineering
At least with 3 years work experience as Sales Manager
- At least with 3 years work experience as Sales Supervisor
At least had work in a high end furniture industry, electrical industry or lighting industry
- Achieve company, product brand, and sales team targets.
- Develop and implement sales plan for the assigned group and product brands.
Identify and develop potential and existing markets for assigned main brands.
- Establish and maintain good rapport and business relationship on behalf of the company with various consultants, project managers, engineers, end-users, owners to build customer loyalty and develop long-term partnerships.
Negotiate with customers on terms of agreements, price, product specification and delivery requirements.- Analyze industry and market trends including competitor activities in the assigned areas and recommends actions to address these activities and follow up as appropriate.
Prepare, recommend and implement sales and marketing activities to increase business for the company and our brands.
- Coordinate with various Operations Departments to ensure smooth processing of customer transactions to meet customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic and effective team to meet company targets.
- Hire, train, develop and evaluate members of the sales team to ensure they are qualified and well-equipped to perform assigned tasks and meet set targets.
Provide clear direction of company goals, team and individual targets to team members and work together with them to achieve set goals/targets.
- Monitor projects pipeline and performance for each sales member and provide assistance and support as needed.
Assist sales team members in handling sales calls, presentations, and customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain our positive company image at all times.- Develop capable team members to qualify for career advancement opportunities in the company. Work with HRD in the development of appropriate curriculum to ensure all sales members will be properly oriented and trained with needed product knowledge and sales skills.
Guide members to ensure their awareness and compliance to company values and policies. Implement corrective/disciplinary action when needed in coordination with HRD.
- Performs and completes miscellaneous responsibilities related to sales management and Team's day-to-day operation.
- Prepares and submits to Top Management comprehensive sales plan and sales performance reports, member evaluation reports, memorandums, proposals and recommendations, and other relevant documents that are necessary for effective operation of the Team.
