Sales Manager to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships.
- About the Role: As our Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a sales team to achieve revenue goals, expand market share, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, while fostering strong partnerships with clients.
Oversee sales and customer service teams- Develop and implement sales strategies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate rates with international and local shipping lines
Coordinate with operations and accounting teams- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Bachelor's degree in business or related field- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of the freight and logistics industry
