Job Title: Sales Manager - Vismin
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Work set up: Onsite (Cebu Office)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee a team of Sales Representatives engaged in outgoing calls and field sales. The primary responsibility will be to manage the team's performance, maintain accurate records within Salesforce, and drive ongoing training initiatives to enhance sales pitches for both new and existing customers and meet the targets.
Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.- Develop and conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the sales pitch and ensure the team is equipped with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service strategies.
Ensure the team meets weekly and monthly sales targets and new customer acquisition objectives.
- Regularly analyze the team's performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and sales success.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for maintaining accurate records and extracting data for analysis and reporting purposes.
Amenable to work onsite in our office in Cebu.- Can start as soon as possible.

Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
