Position - Sales Manager/ Sr.Sales Manager

Location - North Goa (Canca)

Experience : 6 yrs plus in Sales (luxury sale/premium sale/ Insurance sale/ hospitality sales)

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

Converting leads provided by the company into sales.

Follow up with potential customers.

Do site visits with potential clients.

Hand over the possession to closed clients.

Engage with existing/potential clients to get referrals.

Update the existing/potential clients about new project launches.

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.).

Maintain and update listings of available properties.

Develop networks and cooperate with legal team, banking officials, etc.

Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
