We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving monthly sales targets individually and for the team.
- Managing and evaluating the performance of Sales Assistants.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Collaborating with Sales Assistants on closing accounts.
- Ensuring timely submission of sales quotations to customers.
- Securing house plans and pictures through various activities.
- Coordinating with designers for the final layout of designs.
- Reviewing active customer lists for sales projections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Skills in supervision, communication, account management, active listening, and prospecting.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work in Ortigas, Makati, and Alabang.
