Working closely with sales to attain sales quota and monthly forecast/budget. (New Acquisition, Growth of Retention/Existing Accounts, Win Government Biddings)- Working closely with Account Executives and Operations Manager to ensure project implementation and operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards
Support strategic plans to improve internal processes
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business in existing accounts.
Monitoring project plans, project schedule, work hours, sales forecast versus expenses.- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Monitor timely delivery of invoices and making sure all account receivables are collected on time
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
College in 4 year course graduate in any reputable university
- Must have experience in Sales and Operations/Project Management
Excellent written and communications skills- Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and team management
Requires traveling to customer premises nationwide to perform site visit and/or project coordination.
- Willing to work extended hours as required
