Sales Manager - Telecommunications (Telco, Internet, Cable Companies)
Responsibilities
- Build relationship with Key Business Decision Leaders (mostly C-Suites) and establish/maintain positive business and customer partnerships
- Account Management on Key and Existing clients of Thakral One
- Present, promote and sell the company's products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Build and maintain industry specific pipeline and drive sales and growth aligned with the organizations overall sales and business development strategy
- Reach out to new customer and/or leads through cold calling, Lead and conduct presentations or company overview as needed.
- Proven track record in developing strategic alliance and partnership with principals and SI's and can support the end-to-end process for channel management
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and forecast
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential/trends, track sales and status reports
- Initiate for to market approach with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and trends in sales and the IT Industry (Solutions & Services)
- Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager
- Possess Relationship and contacts in the Telecommunications (Telco, Internet, Cable Companies) industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices is an advantage
- Ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
