Role

Sales Manager - Telecommunications (Telco, Internet, Cable Companies)

Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with Key Business Decision Leaders (mostly C-Suites) and establish/maintain positive business and customer partnerships
  • Account Management on Key and Existing clients of Thakral One
  • Present, promote and sell the company's products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Build and maintain industry specific pipeline and drive sales and growth aligned with the organizations overall sales and business development strategy
  • Reach out to new customer and/or leads through cold calling, Lead and conduct presentations or company overview as needed.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic alliance and partnership with principals and SI's and can support the end-to-end process for channel management
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and forecast
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential/trends, track sales and status reports
  • Initiate for to market approach with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and trends in sales and the IT Industry (Solutions & Services)
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager
  • Possess Relationship and contacts in the Telecommunications (Telco, Internet, Cable Companies) industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices is an advantage
  • Ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Team player, friendly, and personable demeanor
  • Willing to travel across the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or of a related field
