Job Description- Develop close relationships with retailers and institutions to generate continued and repeat business
Plan and demand supply of inventory- Oversee product inventory and ensure regular spot checking
Establishes team sales goals, and provides effective coaching of sales team to consistently improve their plans and performance
- Analyze sales data to find opportunities for increased efficiency and sales on both a group and individual level to ensure projected target accomplishment
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
- Five (5) or more years of experience in sales & marketing management.
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills- Strong analytical skills, mathematic abilities, business acumen and buy-in-skills
Critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relation and team building skills
- Strong leadership skills to enable and motivate the team
Established wide network of institutional account- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
