Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course with at least 2 years of working experience
- With at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar field.
- Exhibit competence in data analytics and significant experience conducting business reviews, team planning, and professional development.
- Demonstrate outstanding active listening and probing skills; display a solution-focused approach and make things happen mindset at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
- Train and manage the overall performance of the Sales team.
- Creating effective sales scripts to convert interested customers into buyers.
- Monthly setting of team quota.
- Sending of sales reports.
- Managing weekly team schedules.
