Qualifications- Bachelors Degree or completed at least 72 unit in college
Must have solid experience in real estate industry- Experience in different selling techniques
Experience in leading a team is strongly preferred
- Must have extensive knowledge in different prospecting techniques
Must be knowledgeable in digital marketing- Experience in meeting sales quota in monthly, quarterly and yearly
Knowledgeable in real estate documentation process
- Must have at least 3 to 5 active/ready sales persons
Must be a goal oriented- Must have own working assets such as computer or laptop, tablets or cellphones and a stable internet connection
Residents of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas (a plus)
