Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue goals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Address complex client issues and negotiate high-value contracts.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Implement best practices and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed.
Work closely with the marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives. Share market feedback and client insights to support product development and service improvements.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management. Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
At least 1 year of experience in sales management, preferably within the garment manufacturing industry or a related field.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and driving business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate ideas effectively.
Advanced negotiation skills with experience in closing high-value deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
