Responsibilities- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Improving sales strategy for lead generation and meeting planned sales goals.- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Lead the ongoing training of your salespeople.- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent.
With at least a minimum of 2-3 years in Sales Field
- Proven Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Knowledge of the following: Lead Generation online & in-store, Retail Sales Management, Mall Marketing Partnership- Experience in customer relationship management.
A must experience in the field related to beauty and retail
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
Preferably near Mandaluyong or Ortigas, or amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
