Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Ortigas & Company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and driving growth.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
