- On-Site Intervention Services (OSIS) Spark Erosion; in-situ valve repairs; on-site machining (CNC and Rotor Lathe); low speed balancing; Trevi-Testing
- On site Surface Preparation ice blasting, coating and curing of Compressor parts (blades/vanes) with Aluminum Chromate coatings

Objective
Prepare, lead, and implement a tailored sales and business development strategy for third-party utilities and the Power Generation industry in Philippines. This strategy should be aligned with NMES's long-term objectives and aimed at driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and expanding market share within the Philippines market. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, engaging with Government agencies, and staying informed about market trends to ensure NMES's portfolio meets the unique needs of the Philippines energy sector.
Strategy & Plans
- In conjunction with the Head of Commercials & Sales, develop sales/business development strategy to capture third party market with a focus on Power Generation.
- Translate the strategy into operational business plans and implement it timely to achieve the financial target.
- Meet third party clients on a regular basis to develop business and bring targeted revenue.
- Develop, lead, and implement marketing plans.
- Attend/organize meetings with clients at various locations (in different countries) on a short notice to discuss business development opportunities and client's requirements.
Leadership
- Lead the meeting with clients.
- Work closely with technical and commercial teams to align client's requirements.
- Lead and guide the sales team to develop the business in line with defined strategy.
Financial
- Provide budget inputs and support in setting up business development targets.
Allocation of Resources
- Engage with function heads, as necessary, to allocate required resources for a new order.
Bid Preparation
- Support commercial team in bid preparation including technical and strategic inputs and overall competitiveness to win it.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, and Operations for work related inputs, suggestions, lessons learned and feedback to support sales/business development strategy.
- Carry out risk review for each bid as per process.
Negotiation and closing of deals
- Lead negotiations with clients, providing relevant inputs and expertise, explaining the risks and value add to them, in order to serve the best interests of all the parties involved.
Problem Solving
- Resolve day to day issues/ problems which the team may have regarding any specific project bid and provide expertise on the relevant area to ensure that problems are resolved on time.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients/partners, OEM equipment suppliers, service providers, technical advisers, and consultants to stay abreast of industry developments and trends and facilitate the flow of business and meet company/projects requirements.
Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures
- Develop and oversee the creation and implementation of the required policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements and standards are fulfilled.

- Understand and comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical.
Minimum Experience
- 12 years overall experience, preferably 5 to 7 years in the Power generation in relevant area
- Extensive depth and breadth of knowledge and exposure to Power generation.
Skills
- Excellent business and financial analysis skills.
- Commercially astute, and able to structure a bid to present the offer in the best light whilst minimizing risk to the business.
- Pro-active high achiever with high energy levels, who is used to working under pressure and to tight/challenging deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of the business value chain.
- Thorough attention to details.

As ACWA Power does not currently have an entity in the Philippines, the initial contract will be with a third party. Once the NMES entity is established in the region, the contract will be transitioned to the official NMES Entity contract.
