About the Unit:
Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.
About the Job:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting volume and sales revenue objectives for fulfillment through new shippers acquisition activities, retention strategies, and drive sales growth by managing existing shippers and tap and onboard new shippers into the fulfillment services
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-qualify the leads coming from the internal sales channels for better sales presentation
Convert the leads based on the TAT to ensure higher chances of closing
Develop strategies to help drive conversion
Work with the Product Manager in creating sales strategies and activities to drive acquisition and retention
Manage existing shippers for retention and collaboration to drive volume growth
Compile data for monthly performance reviewQualifications:
A graduate of any business related courses
1-3 years of prior sales experience in FMCG or solutions selling
Strong Excel/data management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Effective communication skills
Detail oriented and highly dependable
Proactive and works with a sense of urgency
