JOB FUNCTION
This role will require working closely with different segments such as Enterprise and Commercial Mid-market; Government anf Private sectors.
Candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, helping the team acquire new clients, and
maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet team sales targets and specific performance metrics, in line with the company direction and strategies
Design and execute an effective sales plan for the team
Build a strong network and foundation for generating future opportunities
Be a trusted Consultant to the team clients, by addressing pain points, and helping to generate substantial business results
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record as Sales Manager, selling technology-related solutions, products and services
Good people management skilks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Positive attitude with team player mindset
Creative and analytical
At least 3 years working experience as Sales Manager
