Sales Manager
We are looking for someone who will ensure the growth of the business in both volume and profitability by achieving the total monthly sales for the branch vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Management (target achievement).
- Deliver and sell required units per month through the use of proper selling skills, product knowledge, and network building.
- Monitor & implement programs for the branch to hit its monthly sales target.
- Provide well thought of sales management activities with other entities/ department(s).
- Provide appropriate showroom and point of sale material and understand the market situation, to develop sales programs.
- Manage and control exceptional discounts and give away to maximize profit and generate savings to company.
- Monitor sales performance of the branch/es assigned and ensures that monthly target is achieved and sustained continuously following the standard processes, internal systems and reports required.
- Actively support the company-wide Customer Relationship Management processes (e.g. ensure an up-to-date customer/prospects database) and ensure that exceptional MI Star Service is extended to each customer. Motivate the team and maintain a harmonious relationship to everyone to gain the team high morale.
- Consistent implementation of policies, standards and regulations.
- Energize the team to keep them motivated and highly productive. Coordination with internal departments to meet car delivery commitment of the Branch.
- Develop sales programs with Financing Institutions and Insurance companies to boost the sales and to align with the market competition.
- Has experience in regional coordination and set-up.
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.
Requirements:
A) EDUCATION LEVEL - College graduate with related Bachelor's degree.
B ) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - At least 5-year related working experience in a Mid-level Sales Management position in the Automotive Industry or similar Sales function.
C) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Customer oriented, can work under pressure and deadline, results-oriented with ability to represent the company to clients, can resolve difficult situations, propensity to coach and develop others, leadership by example. Friendly, courteous, strong work ethics and integrity, superior interpersonal, customer service. Team player, can easily establish professional rapport with co-workers, attention to details and quality orientation.
D) CAPABILITIES & SKILLS - With competencies on Market and Industry Knowledge, Business and Financial Acumen, Managing Forecast Accuracy, Setting the Right Goals and Expectations, Managing Performance, Customer and Prospect Understanding, Customer and Process Management, Decision Making, Communication Skills, Coaching and Motivating Sales Force, Sales Strategy Alignment, Change Management, Choosing the Right Management Style
E) LOCATION - Willing to oversee both Manila Bay and Global City branches.
F) LICENSE - Can drive and with a Non-Professional driver's license
