In charge of managing accounts, maintaining regular clients and developing new ones, necessary for the achievement of set quotas.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed revenue target.
- Submit production report on a weekly and monthly basis for monitoring.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Promoting products and services of the hotel/reports.
- Creation of Sales strategies.
- Other task/s as may be assigned by Superior/GDOSM.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM/Tourism or related field.
- With a minimum of 4 years experience in Sales preferably from the hotel industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good character.
