Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Management and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities coordinated with HR Department to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels, product quality, and supply chain management to optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational effectiveness.
Implement best practices for inventory control, stock rotation, and merchandising to maximize sales potential.
- Marketing and Promotions:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify target segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Continuous learning and deep understanding of China Baijiu products
Can present professionally China Baijiu culture, history, product and correct way to drink
Establish strong relation with all kinds of Chinese associations in Philippine. The function/ meeting/ dinner events are very important market for China Baijiu
Supermarkets including chain store and Chinese super market
Duty free shop for Chinese tourists.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and operations management within the beverage or FMCG industry, preferably with knowledge of the beer market.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
