We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
-Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Team Management:
-Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
-Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
-Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
-Collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
-Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
-Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
-Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
-Coordinate with product development to understand product features and benefits.
Market Analysis:
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market shifts.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to travel as needed.
