JOB DESCRIPTION:- Develop sustainable and profitable growth by building a strong sales organization
Develop sales team structures with a long-term and sustainable sales approach- Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
- Develops and meets budgeted financial goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
- Preferably knowledgeable and with experience in Stationary/Furniture/Architectural
