Position Overview:
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
Maintaining client activities in CRM
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Developing rapport with key decision makers
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
Set, and deliver against, strategic and tactical priorities that align with business Objectives
Responsible for full end-to-end management of the sales cycle
Lead all improvement initiatives relating to reporting, monitoring and risk
management across the Key Accounts/Retail Sales Teams
Management Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise the Sales Department
Ensures balance workload and smooth flow of work within the department- Supervise day-to-day activities of the team including but not limited to: establishing mutual goals, assigning tasks, maintaining schedules, performance reporting, team mentoring, ongoing training, weekly meetings and knowledge base documentation to promote high levels of customer satisfaction.
Plan and evaluate overall departmental activities
- Evaluate performance and work with employees to correct deficiencies; and make effective suggestions and recommendations for
improvement.- Plan and conduct regular training for current employees to ensure understanding of current processes, applications, and procedures
through demonstration, and/or written and/or verbal communications.
- Plan and conduct regular training for current employees to improve expertise within the team and be up to date with current industry
trends- Coaches, counsels and disciplines employees to ensure client and departmental objectives are met
Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Ensure all employees within the assigned team(s) understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company
policies and procedures.- Plan and conduct training of new hires to fully prepare them for their role within the business. Leverage assistance of preceptors or
mentors in highly specialized departments.
- Work closely with customers, other teams, departments and levels of management as needed for problem resolution and/or process
improvements to ensure effective and timely service for clients.- Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the financial software or services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, tax filing, and financial management concepts.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the Philippine market, including key players and industry trends in the bookkeeping and tax filing sector.
Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements related to bookkeeping and tax filing.- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
