That's why we're searching for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving sales and surpassing targets to help us maximize bookings for our rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls. A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions

What We need from you:

Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
2 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
