Job Description:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals through HMO offering for partner clients.
-Analyze healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and demographic data to identify sales opportunities.
-Stay informed about the HMO's products, services, and benefits.
-Research on the features and advantages of HMO offerings for clients.
-Qualify HMO leads and pursue new business opportunities.
-Conducts benchmarking studies
-Evaluate and review existing program design of partner clients to identify benefits gaps and improvements.
-Review existing utilization performance for the purpose of program recommendation.
-Ensures to inform the client on adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements for the HMO program.
-Stay updated on industry regulations affecting the HMO industry.
-Works closely with Cashko's insurance team to develop a comprehensive HMO program for partner clients including assistance in the negotiation of best available rates for partner clients.
-Provides insights to help improve product offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
-Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to the Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any college course preferably in Business, Marketing or any related field
-Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the healthcare industry, with specific experience in HMOs.
-In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and the HMO market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
