JOB CHARACTERISTICS / REQUIREMENTS:- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of managerial sales experience
Full-time position with standard office hours; additional hours may be required based on business needs- Some travel may be required for client meetings and industry events
