Job Description:Harry, a cutting-edge AI marketing solution provider focused on B2B interactions with large corporations, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by leading the sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the tech or AI industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the B2B market.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, aligning with Harry's business objectives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in large corporations, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and sales activities.

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Harry's market positioning and sales approach.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support sales initiatives.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, using data and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a significant focus on B2B solutions and the tech or AI industry.
