Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales accounts, including supermarkets, grocery chains, and specialty food stores.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with sales accounts to maximize profitability and market penetration.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales in accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotions, displays, and advertising campaigns.- Ensure proper placement of products within sales accounts, including shelf positioning and product assortment.
Work with logistics team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely distribution of products to sales accounts.
- Monitor and manage product availability to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Set sales targets and objectives for sales accounts and monitor performance against these goals.- Analyze sales data and market feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Proven experience in sales within the food industry.
With a background in Sales Training is an advantage.- With strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
