Sales Manager for Wine and Beverage Division

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wine category.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the wine industry.
Sommelier certification or equivalent wine expertise is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the wine market, including various wine regions, grape varieties, and production methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,
  • 00 - Php70,000.00 per month
