Job Summary:The Sales Team Manager is responsible for building, leading, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role involves setting strategic goals, driving target achievement, and fostering the professional growth of team members. The Sales Team Manager will also develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
Team Development:
Recruit, build, and manage a highly motivated and skilled sales team.Performance Evaluation:
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and supporting career development.Training & Education: Develop and maintain a comprehensive education manual to support ongoing staff training and professional growth.
- Target Achievement: Drive the attainment of sales targets through effective performance management.
KPI Management:
Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs to ensure optimal performance of the sales division.Performance Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly progress and performance reports to senior management.- 2. Sales Strategy & System Development
Strategic Planning:
Formulate and implement sales strategies based on in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence.Partnership Development:
Identify and secure new partnerships to enhance the customer base and drive business growth.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies, including telemarketing initiatives, to strengthen and maintain relationships with existing partners and customers.
- Required Skills and Experience:
Business management experience in the financial industry (preferably at least 5 years).- Proven track record in market analysis, competitive analysis, strategic planning, and KPI management.
Experience in developing franchisees (e.g., insurance companies, repair shops, parts shops) and working with customers in the motorcycle and automobile sectors.
- Strong team management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Proficiency in English communication.
- Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in sales of Sangla OR/CR (motorcycle and automobile-secured loans), particularly with companies like Asialink and its affiliates (Cycle Finance, Global Dominion).- Work experience at Japanese companies.
Experience in launching new financial businesses.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online channels.
Proficiency in Japanese communication.
