Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, manages all Worldbex Events.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Monitor the market for information and creative trends
Evaluate operational issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the latest trends in the industry
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth/booths closed in all company's events
Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
Develop new events and service standards
Ensures customer satisfaction
Does sales prospecting, business development and collaborating with other departments to uphold quality standards
Create awareness for all WSI events
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
Liaise with Marketing
Oversee staff training
Conducts regular meetings with sales staff
Attend event visits as required to maintain proficiency
Performs other delegated duties that may be assigned from time to time
