The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and empowering b2b and sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Provides leadership to the sales team.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
