The Sales Manager is responsible for handling the company's sales team and overall operations, including but not limited to, training new team members and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve target goals.
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to do fieldwork and coverage to all existing and potential customers
Effectively promote the company's products and ensure that the brand is accurately represented in all sales communication across all customers- Manage all sales activities within the assigned region, including the employees operating within the assigned region
Canvas the area for potential customers and opportunities
- Create positive relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or any related field
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales management- Excellent intrapersonal skills, particularly the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and suppliers
The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
- Sound organizational skills.
The ability to motivate staff and lead a team- Open to frequent travels across Mindanao
With Driver's License is preferred
