We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager to head our new department overseeing both e-commerce and offline distribution models. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of traditional sales acumen and digital commerce expertise, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing diverse sales channels. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring our products reach a wide range of customers through various platforms.
Sales Leadership & Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a cohesive sales strategy to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth across e-commerce and offline channels.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze sales statistics and market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Team Building & Management:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new sales team members.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines.
Oversee the day-to-day performance of the sales team.
E-commerce & Offline Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Forge strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance product placement and visibility in physical stores.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches.
Sales Operations & Customer Relations:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Financial Planning & Reporting:
- Prepare and control the department's budget with an eye on revenue growth and cost reduction.
Report on sales results and forecast future sales.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, with experience in both e-commerce and offline sales channels.- Experience in hiring and building a sales team.
