Tasks
Conceptualize, develop and execute both short term and mid-term business strategies to contribute to the business growth targets for the services rendered to industries such as Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Power/Power Plant industries.
Drive all sales and business development initiatives in the identification of new opportunities, markets, partnerships or alliances towards the target industries.
Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals/quotations for clients following a costing approval process while ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation.
Document, monitor, negotiate, follow-up proposals/quotations and convert it to sales in order to achieve or even exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with other business units reference to strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable.
Monitor, review and analyze project progression to maximize the financial and business performance.
Provide regular status reports to the General Manager, IS Division/Region representatives as necessary. Attend and participate in set/scheduled IS Division performance reviews, sales/strategy meetings and other meetings/conferences that may be scheduled by the IS Division/Region representatives.
Uphold the professional image of the organization in daily dealings with clients, business partners and consultants.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time to time

Education: Degree in any Engineering discipline; Has license in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or any related Engineering course
Experience: With at least ten (10) years of industry, corporate sales or business development experience from Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Power/Power Plant industries
