Job Description

Preference:

Brings over 2 years of sales expertise from a BPO company. Expertise in B2B Negotiation and sales closing.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Leadership and Management
Lead and motivate the sales team.
  • Oversee training and development.
Set targets and manage performance.
  • Sales Operations
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline.
Optimize sales processes and tools.
  • Client Relations
Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis
Generate and analyze sales reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Example Responsibilities in Practice
Set sales quotas.
  • Lead high-level sales presentations and negotiations.
Develop market expansion plans.
  • Manage the sales department budget.
  • NOTE: To be qualified, must provide a marketing portfolio/sales pitch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90,
  • 00 - Php100,000.00 per month
