Lead and motivate the sales team.- Oversee training and development.
Set targets and manage performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
- Manage the sales pipeline.
Optimize sales processes and tools.
Build and maintain client relationships.- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Generate and analyze sales reports.- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics.
