- Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Leadership and Management
Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Oversee training and development.
Set targets and manage performance. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Build and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Generate and analyze sales reports.
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics.

Set sales quotas.
- Lead high-level sales presentations and negotiations.
Develop market expansion plans.- Manage the sales department budget.
