Our Singapore business has grown rapidly, and we're now ready to establish operations in the Philippines, building a motivated, high-performing team.

Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Developmental Child Screener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, early education, or special education, coupled with experience working with young children (aged seven years and younger). This person will need to be comfortable using technology, adaptable, and skilled at building rapport with children and engaging with parents, teachers and other caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and secure partnerships with schools and LGUs.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the education sector or with local government units.
Strong understanding of child development principles and educational assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions and local government agencies.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and tailor our services to meet the specific needs of schools and LGUs.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our application assessment services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and sales approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
