QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in sales of food products to secondary & tertiary markets preferred- Must have had at least five (5) years experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Excellent leadership skills- Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications- Willing to accept provincial assignment.
