Job Description

Salary: php65k maximum
  • Transportation Allowance:
yearly php120k (will be released every January and June of the year) Work Schedule: AWA (Alternative Work Arrangement)
  • Main Purpose:

Provide support to the Head of Sales and Marketing in keeping and analysing all SALES INFORMATION leading to proper demand planning and forecasting, overseeing maintenance and execution of SALES AUTOMATION SYSTEMS, and optimization of TRADE ASSETS by analysing throughput of assets deployed and assuring fast deployment as required by sales in a profitably and efficiently.
  • Job Description - MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
  • Budgeting and Integrated Sales Planning

Drive the Sales Budget process by ensuring weekly and periodic Demand Forecast, impacted by Category Plans and Promotional Activities are translated into annual budget targets and ensure key inputs are considered from Sales, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain functions.

Manage Customer Sales tools, and ensure efficient and effective operations as well as delivery of training to the business and on ongoing maintenance and enhancements. In the absence of a systematic tool ensure alternative tools in Excel are rigorously audited for consistently and accuracy and consolidated up to a total Channel view.

Forecasting create templates and processes while working collaboratively with Sales on Demand Planning to verify inputs into the plan. Ensure reports are provided on a timely and accurate basis, including integration of distributor sales data into existing databases as required.

Ensure latest trends, category insights, marketing uplift, and other drivers are incorporated into the forecast to ensure a robust forecast, and flag deviations, risks and other concerns to Sales Management, Finance and Supply Chain.

Coordinate opportunities to close Budget Gaps and assessing opportunities and impact to gross profit.

  • Sales Performance Review

Coordinate Weekly forecast review inputs to allow for transparent and up to date reporting on performance vs Budget by State and Key Accounts including commentary on risks and opportunities.

Manage Monthly Channel Business Review/Demand Review meetings by collating presentation and coordinating inputs from Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Category teams and follow up minutes and outstanding items

Maintaining organized information database. Oversee suite of sales reports to ensure they are consistent with Budget and agreed forecasts. Conduct a review of route reports to establish of any surplus or gaps in reports and reports to ensure Sales have adequate reports to make key decisions.

  • Numeric Computer System

Oversee regular system maintenance and updates and closely coordinate with stakeholders in ensuring that the system captures all pertinent information per account per SKU
  • Sales Force Automation

Overall administration of Sales Force Automation. Monthly updating of database, tracking of sales information through simple dashboards, working with sales teams to ensure 100% usage of the system

  • 3. Trade Assets Optimization

Enables optimal performance of trade assets, delivering sales volume targets. Leads optimization of trade asset, by keeping them traceable, maintaining desired stock cover, and leading in demand and supply plan. Assures TA life cycle is well supported on all administrative related activities. Ensures that spending is efficient, monitored and controlled for cost effective management of trade asset machines.

o The effectiveness and efficiency of all day to day business processes are measured and are reported at relevant intervals with plans in place to close any gaps.

SKILLS and KKNOWLEDGE

Operations Performance driver

Leadership and influencing skills

Capability to use reports and create action plans, with continuous tracking for improvement

Customer service mindset

Excellent in MS Office applications, Very good knowledge in advance excel.

Proficient in excel macro.

Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills

Able to multitask, and deliver data reports on-time

SAP experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
